User Content Responsibility
Each region owner and account holder is solely responsible for all content
stored, uploaded, created, distributed, or displayed within their region,
including but not limited to textures, meshes, scripts, sounds, animations,
objects, and other digital assets.
By uploading or making content available on the Grid, the user represents
and warrants that they own the necessary rights or have obtained all
required permissions to use, distribute, and display such content.
The Grid operator does not pre-screen user content and acts solely as a
provider of hosting and virtual world services. The Grid operator is not
responsible for content created or uploaded by users.
Copyright Policy
The Grid respects the intellectual property rights of others. Copyright
owners who believe that material available on the Grid infringes their
rights may submit a copyright complaint to the designated contact listed
below.
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, the Grid operator may remove, disable
access to, or investigate the reported content. Accounts involved in
repeated copyright infringement may be suspended or terminated.
The Grid operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates
applicable law, these Terms of Service, or the rights of third parties.
